We are looking for a Senior HR Technical Architect to design, build, and elevate Workday in ways that touch thousands of employees worldwide. This isn’t a “just configure” role— you will be the go‑to Workday expert, trusted by HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT leaders to architect scalable, secure, and smart solutions. You will blend technical mastery with big‑picture vision, building integrations, leading security design, enabling payroll and time tracking excellence, and turning data into insights that matter.
What You’ll Do
Architect big solutions: optimize Workday across Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking.
Build integrations: Studio, EIB, RAAS, APIs, PECI, Boomerangs, XSLT—keep data flowing securely.
Lead Workday security design and governance.
Influence and mentor senior leaders and coach HR Technology analysts.
Own release readiness, optimize processes, and automate smartly.
What You Bring
6+ years of progressive Workday experience with strong technical chops.
Proven integration expertise (Studio, EIB, RAAS, APIs, PECI, Boomerang, XSLT).
Deep understanding of Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation.
Workday Pro certifications (plus Advanced Compensation knowledge).
Strong skills in Workday reporting, security, and data governance.
Problem‑solving mindset and confidence to influence at all levels.
