Senior HR Technical Architect
who will design, build, and elevate Workday to serve thousands of employees globally.
Key Responsibilities
Architect solutions to optimize Workday across Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking.
Build and maintain integrations using Studio, EIB, RAAS, APIs, PECI, Boomerangs, XSLT, and other technologies.
Lead Workday security design and governance, balancing user access with audit readiness.
Collaborate with senior leaders and coach HR Technology analysts to raise the team’s technical maturity.
Own release readiness, improve processes, and implement automation.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of progressive Workday experience with strong technical expertise.
Proven expertise in integrations (Studio, EIB, RAAS, APIs, PECI, Boomerang, XSLT).
Deep understanding of Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation modules.
Workday Pro certifications (preferred) and Advanced Compensation knowledge preferred.
Strong Workday reporting, security, and data governance skills.
Problem‑solving mindset with the confidence to influence at all levels.
