Job Responsibilities
Conduct a quality review of Country Programme Documents (CPDs) and Country Programme Planning processes (CPPs)
Design the review methodology based on CPP guidance and facilitate updates to the Review Framework
Analyze the adherence of CPDs to UNICEF’s foundational norms and programming principles
Prepare preliminary findings and draft comprehensive reports, including a Compendium of Good Practices
Present findings in global webinars and engage with stakeholders for feedback
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social sciences or a relevant field
At least 10 years of professional experience in evaluations, assessments, and reviews for international organizations
Familiarity with results‑based management and strategic planning for country programs
Strong data tooling/science capabilities for developing project databases
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience with UNICEF or the United Nations
Proven record of facilitating cross‑sectional processes
Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau
