About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced
Sales Representative
to drive growth in
End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT)
products across the
Northeast U.S.
This individual will manage relationships with
system integrators, distributors, and key automation partners
to deliver innovative EOAT solutions for industrial automation and robotics applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a regional sales territory across the New England states.
Build strong partnerships with automation distributors and system integrators.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Provide technical guidance on EOAT solutions, including grippers, tool changers, and accessories.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
Attend trade shows, demos, and customer visits — up to 50% travel expected.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reports within CRM tools.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in automation or robotics sales.
Proven success selling through distribution or integration channels.
Strong technical understanding of robotics and EOAT products (grippers, vacuum, end-effector systems, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Based in the New England area — must reside within the territory.
Self-motivated and able to manage a regional sales territory independently.
