We are looking for a strategic and high-performing

Sales Client Partner

to lead business growth within the

Telecommunications – Consumer Services domain . This role is ideal for professionals with 15–17 years of experience in the

IT services industry , who have worked closely with

CMO organizations , driven

Digital Marketing and Content transformation initiatives , and have a solid understanding of

Telecom customer-facing operations .

You will be responsible for end-to-end client engagement, sales, and strategic growth in key telecom accounts, with a strong focus on

digital customer engagement

and

marketing operations transformation .

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive revenue growth for telecom clients, focusing on

consumer-facing services

such as wireless, broadband, OTT, and customer experience platforms.

Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to the client’s digital transformation roadmap.

Build a healthy pipeline of large digital marketing, content transformation, and marketing operations deals.

Leverage strong relationships with C-level executives (CMO, Mass Market) to identify new opportunities.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Act as a trusted advisor to clients on

marketing transformation ,

customer experience .

Engage in high-level client discussions to shape digital strategy and align offerings to business needs.

Drive client satisfaction and long-term account success through consistent engagement and delivery oversight.

Domain & Capability Leadership Bring deep domain knowledge of

Telecommunications , especially in

consumer markets

– focused on Consumer Experience, Omni-channel Marketing, commercial & Content Strategy.

Provide experience on business side of the areas such as:

Digital Marketing, Content Management & Personalization

solutions,

Marketing Automation & Campaign Management, Marketing Operations outsourcing and optimization

Guide internal solution teams on tailoring offerings for telecom clients’ specific needs.

Required Qualifications

15–17 years of experience in IT services or digital consulting, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a

sales/client partner role

in the

telecom consumer domain .

Proven track record in managing large telecom accounts and delivering multi-million-dollar revenue targets.

Experience working with CMO-led initiatives and digital marketing teams in client organizations.

Strong understanding of customer data, loyalty, segmentation, and digital experience strategies.

Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
