Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Managers will be responsible for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for diseases in the Lilly dermatology portfolio. This includes HCPs in dermatology practices and in key hospital accounts. You will build relationships with key customers to drive adoption of our therapies and identify relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations. You will be viewed as a credible expert and resource.

Responsibilities

Territory Management: Develops a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape; analyzes business needs with appropriate tools.

Account Management: Navigate the healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact stakeholders as a trusted partner.

Dialogue Agility: Actively listen and adapt to customer prompts throughout the call.

Medical Integrity: Demonstrate learning agility to understand clinical information, our portfolio, and the therapeutic marketplace; engage with all members of an office/account.

Selling Skills: Promote the entire portfolio by planning for and engaging in patient-centered dialogue; use selling model to identify appropriate patients.

Execution / Results: Utilize business analytics to meet customer needs and sales goals while adhering to internal policies and PhRMA code.

Partner Collaboration: Work with field-facing and internal peers to create a coordinated customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Professional certification or license required where state requires.

Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship provided).

Additional Skills / Preferences

Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical).

Graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PharmD) or other applicable experience.

Account-based selling experience and ability to engage staff across accounts; strong navigation of complex health systems.

Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution and injectable/infusion therapies in a complex reimbursement environment.

Strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and influence.

Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Actual compensation will depend on education, experience, skills, and location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$87,000 - $204,600 . Full-time employees are eligible for a company bonus and a comprehensive benefits program, including 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and more. Lilly reserves the right to amend compensation and benefits at its discretion.
