What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell a suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales while aligning with referral partners
Maintain periodic updates demonstrating progress in the sales process and goal attainment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Fintech industry
Proven experience selling to “C” level executives in sectors such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Strong track record in revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
