What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market

Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations

Sell a suite of products, including Earned Wage Access and Paycard solutions, to targeted business prospects

Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring alignment with referral partners

Provide periodic updates demonstrating success in the complex sales process

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, specifically in Fintech

Proven track record of direct selling success, particularly to “C” level executives

Strong negotiation skills and ability to exceed sales goals and quotas

Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills

Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Master’s Degree

Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
