Position Summary The Dealer Services Manager leads the Dealer Services team, supporting Traeger’s Specialty dealers. This role ensures seamless daily operations, manages escalations, drives process improvements, and represents the team in cross‑functional initiatives to deliver best‑in‑class dealer experience.
Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day leadership and management for the Dealer Services team and workflow.
Define and implement team goals, KPIs, SOPs, and process improvements aligned with organizational objectives.
Monitor team and agent performance using Salesforce and other tools; recommend and implement process enhancements to meet performance targets.
Own key operational processes including OTIF, STFU, quarter close, allocation, and the prebook program.
Manage and maintain dealer pricing lists across all relevant accounts.
Own relationship with call center vendor partners.
Lead regular calibration sessions with internal team members and external vendor partners.
Collaborate with Sales, Planning, IT, and Logistics to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Oversee core team functions such as order entry, warranty claims, and credit memo processing.
Act as the primary escalation point and ensure timely resolution of dealer issues.
Maintain strong communication with Field Sales teams to ensure dealer alignment and satisfaction.
Guide vendor teams through onboarding, agent coaching, and performance feedback.
Analyze data to identify operational improvements and cost‑saving opportunities.
Represent Dealer Services in cross‑functional meetings and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in management or team leadership role.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience working cross‑functionally and managing vendor relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
