Job Overview The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position aligns business objectives with employees and management across all business units. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value‑added service to management and employees, collaborates with leaders in the business to create and implement new strategies, training programs, development initiatives, and other organizational improvements.
Primary Job Functions
Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and needs, translating them into HR strategies.
Provide HR expertise and advice on compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement.
Assist with employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data‑driven solutions and improve engagement and retention.
Support organizational change initiatives and ensure a smooth transition for employees.
Develop and implement talent development programs, including training initiatives to support organizational improvement.
Build strong work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide guidance on business unit restructurings, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Identify training and coaching needs for business units.
Prevent or minimize company exposure to lawsuits.
Lead hiring process for key roles, partnering with hiring managers to build and staff the role.
Backup responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager for coverage needs.
Other duties as assigned.
