Financial Analyst (Early Professional), Program Cost Controls (ONSITE)

Location: Tewksbury, MA (Onsite; relocation assistance not offered).
Base pay range: $66,000 – $130,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Act as a business partner to the Patriot and LTAMDS Control Account Managers (CAM) and Engineering Business Analysts (EBA).
Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes through coordination with and guidance to the technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks.
Prepare various finance charts for Program Management Reviews, financial overviews, and other reporting activities.
Coordinate and develop Latest Revised Estimates (LREs).
Establish a compliant performance management baseline.
Provide financial planning & support for AOP, LRP, and monthly forecasts.
Analyze program staffing levels.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and 2 years related work experience.
Experience with EVMS (or similar processes) and Program Controls (Cost/Schedule).
Experience with SAP (APEX, PRISM & AO), EDIT+ or a similar system.
U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
Experience in program execution and proposal capture/development.
Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
Continuous improvement mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under general direction and participate in determining assignment objectives.
Capability to identify issues and implement corrective action plans that produce positive results.
Proactive and demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems.
Creative thinker to support strategic captures and proposals.
Highly motivated to lead projects.
Effective communication skills, capable of delivering messages to senior leadership.
Ability to successfully collaborate and partner across functions.
Program start-up/baselining experience.
