Addison Group is partnering with a growing company to hire a

Senior Human Resources Manager . This is a pivotal leadership role for a bilingual HR professional who thrives in hands‑on environments, brings strategic perspective, and can effectively support both hourly teams and executive leadership.

Job Description:

This position leads all aspects of the HR function, from recruiting and employee relations to compliance and performance development. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in fast‑paced, labor‑driven industries and will be comfortable balancing strategy and daily HR operations. This role will work closely with plant and corporate teams and directly influence a strong, people‑first workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead HR operations across multiple shifts and locations, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development

Provide culturally aware, bilingual support to employees and managers, resolving conflicts and promoting a respectful work environment

Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and employee engagement strategies

Support change management initiatives and help align HR programs with evolving business goals

Foster a culture of trust and accountability across all teams, promoting open communication and positive morale

Collaborate with Finance on labor budgeting and forecasting to ensure workforce alignment with financial targets

Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and lead internal HR audits and reporting

Partner with Safety teams to support incident investigations and return‑to‑work accommodations

Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and initiatives focused on employee satisfaction and retention

Manage HR systems, accurate recordkeeping, and timely payroll coordination with Finance and Operations

Design and implement employee development programs, including leadership coaching and structured feedback cycles

Lead HR communications and training sessions across all three shifts in both English and Spanish

Provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions, career growth, and performance improvement plans

Support employee relations efforts including investigations, team building, and conflict resolution

Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and employee handbook practices

Administer benefit programs such as 401(k) and health plans, and guide employees through available options

Contribute to special projects and initiatives that support continuous improvement and HR innovation

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role

Fluent in both

English and Spanish ; able to support bilingual teams across shifts

Strong background in

labor‑intensive environments , preferably food manufacturing

Proven success in both strategic HR planning and hands‑on execution

Experienced in conflict resolution, compliance, coaching, and change management

Skilled in payroll processes, HRIS systems, benefits, and employee development programs

Collaborative leadership style with a focus on building trust across all levels of the organization
