Senior Plumbing Engineer

Base pay range: $102,900.00/yr – $135,075.00/yr
Responsibilities
Perform field investigations, interface with clients & vendors, size and select equipment, and prepare construction design packages.
Develop design criteria for plumbing systems.
Layout and design plumbing systems including sanitary sewer, process sewer, potable water, hot water, natural gas, and roof drainage.
Develop final design documents and specifications for these systems.
Coordinate with other disciplines.
Qualifications
Professional Engineering License.
At least eight (8) years’ experience in the design of plumbing systems.
Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to the design of plumbing systems.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Adaptability to work within a fast‑paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
Ability to follow lead a building mechanical team on a project and to collaborate with other discipline team members remotely.
Preferred
Software experience in Revit.
Experience in designing utility piping systems.
