Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations Sell the employer's suite of products and services, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions Maintain accountability for achieving sales and financial goals, including closing contracts and generating revenue Develop and execute a repeatable sales process to identify and close new prospective clients What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals Experience selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and marketing skills Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
