Job Responsibilities
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts in a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of products, including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
Report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development on sales performance and strategy
Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to C‑level executives in relevant industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
