What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new clients
Maintain strategic alignment with assigned referral partners and report on sales progress
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant sales experience, particularly in enterprise sales within the fintech industry
Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to “C” level executives in sectors such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
