Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst – Finance

Lead market annual and multi-year planning processes, gathering and validating data, analyzing actual and forecasted results, and communicating findings with all levels of leadership. Develop and perform high impact analysis, delivering value‑added, action‑oriented recommendations in partnership with key stakeholders. Partner with stakeholders to develop KPIs, financial drivers, and dashboards that provide insights to improve performance and complement existing reporting infrastructure. Prepare and enhance market financial and metric reporting packages to share with senior leadership on a recurring basis. Effectively communicate analysis recommendations through clear PowerPoint narratives and executive‑ready materials. Mentor associates and provide informal people leadership. Qualifications
5‑8 years of FP&A experience with complex financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Data Science. Ability to operate autonomously, drive initiatives from initiation to completion, and influence senior leaders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus. Benefits
