Responsibilities
Manage recruitment cycle (create job postings, source resumes, conduct prescreens and coordinate interview schedules with managers) Maintain employee handbook and Policies & Procedures manual Draft offer letters, order equipment, provide access to systems, orientation Benefits: Open enrollment; bill reconciliation; new hire enrollment Maintain and update US Org chart Process multi-state Payroll Oversee employee review process (annual & bi-annual) Point of contact for employee questions and concerns Additional Responsibilities
Coordinate employee engagement and recognition events In charge of creating an IYC Internship program Create/maintain job descriptions for all employees Maintain all payroll & payroll tax records Assist with office admin duties Qualifications/Skills
B.A./B.S. degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required 5 years of experience in a Generalist capacity in a Corporate setting required 3 years of Payroll (ADP preferred) with California processing required Strong computer skills with Mac iOS and Google Suite required Strong written and verbal communication skills Driven, proactive, self-motivated
