Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Walnut Creek, CA. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing costs, and budgeting for various construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project plans and specifications, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders, and ensuring all estimates are accurate and comprehensive.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Construction Estimating and performing accurate Quantity Take-offs
Strong Cost Management and Budgeting skills
Excellent Communication skills to interact with project stakeholders
Relevant experience in the construction industry and familiarity with construction processes
Ability to work on-site in Walnut Creek, CA
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Experience with construction estimating software is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
