We’re seeking an experienced

Senior Project Manager

with a strong background in

healthcare construction

to lead complex, large-scale projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Oversee all phases of project delivery, including estimating support, scheduling, procurement, cost control, quality assurance, and client relations.

Collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.

Manage project budgets, change orders, and monthly financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare construction standards, infection control protocols (ICRA), and local/state regulations.

Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and relationship management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

10+ years

of project management experience in commercial construction, with

at least 5 years focused on healthcare or hospital projects .

Proven experience managing projects ranging from

$10M to $100M+

in value.

Strong knowledge of healthcare construction regulations, ICRA procedures, and AHCA/Joint Commission requirements.

Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.

PMP or LEED accreditation a plus.
