Pay Range Base pay range $120,000 - $130,000 per year.

Job Overview We are seeking a General Manager for a Michelin Star restaurant in the San Francisco Bay Area. The successful candidate will lead a high-volume, fine-dining team, ensure exceptional dining room service, and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for food, wine, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Experience in a similar role; Management/Supervisory Experience is a huge plus plus CMS/WSET certifications.

Fantastic communication skills.

Leading the team and fostering our culture.

Overseeing daily operations to ensure successful dining room service.

Direct communication with the management team.

Physical maintenance of dining room and facilities.

CMS Level 1 or Equivalent is a big plus but not required.

Use clear and effective social and verbal communication, attention to detail, and impeccable leadership skills are a must.

Previous management experience in a high volume, fine-dining restaurant, as well as excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food and wine, and dedicated service and teamwork.

These responsibilities will be carried out in sync with the vision and values of the restaurants.

Benefits Full‑time employees are eligible for benefits after completing their 90‑day probationary period but can enroll in the company’s 401(k) after just 1 pay period.
