What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide technical and clinical support for Medtronic NeuroSurgery/Navigation/Robotic Assisted Surgery products
Act as the primary liaison for customer repair and technical support issues
Educate and train healthcare professionals on technology-enabled procedures and systems
Collaborate with sales representatives to identify prospective users for advanced technology
Maintain system performance through software and hardware upgrades, and preventative maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or
Associate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, and reach with hands and arms regularly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
RT and/or MRI certification
Prior experience with Image Guided Systems
Operating room experience
Familiarity with MRI technology
Preference for local candidates and those with previous experience at the employer
