Provide clinical, technical, and product support to customers for Medtronic's NeuroSurgery and Robotics products Coordinate and collaborate with team members for on-site installations and technology-enabled procedures Educate and train hospital staff on technical matters related to advanced imaging and navigation technologies Act as the primary customer liaison for repair and technical support issues Participate in sales meetings and contribute to identifying new users for advanced technologies What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or Associate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX commands for system modifications How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
RT and/or MRI certification Prior experience with Image Guided Systems and MRI Experience in an operating room setting Local candidates preferred, especially those with previous experience at the employer We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
