What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical, technical, and product knowledge support to customers for Medtronic NeuroSurgery products.
Coordinate and collaborate with team members for on-site installations and technical assistance.
Educate and train medical personnel on technology-enabled procedures.
Act as the primary liaison for customer repair and technical support issues.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify new users and provide input on product development.
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or
Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
Experience in clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
RT and/or MRI certification.
Prior experience with Image Guided Systems.
Operating room experience.
Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX commands.
