The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation (TGKVF) — Central Appalachia’s largest and most respected community foundation — is looking for a highly skilled, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join our team!

$60,000–$65,000 (commensurate with experience)
What You’ll Do
Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and travel with precision.
Coordinate meetings of the Board of Trustees and committees.
Support donor engagement and stewardship efforts.
Prepare polished correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Conduct background research and organize materials for key meetings.
Use technology and AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years
of executive administrative experience.
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and strong tech literacy.
Tech-savvy is a must; AI knowledge is a plus.
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Discretion, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
