Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across payer and PBM clients
Develop and execute a strategic go‑to‑market plan aligned with the employer's platform capabilities
Build trusted relationships with C‑level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
Position the employer's offerings to address critical operational challenges in claims administration and member engagement
Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately, and exceed growth targets
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions into payers or PBMs
Proven track record of new‑logo acquisition and consistent achievement of $5M+ annual sales targets
Established relationships and a credible book of business within healthcare administration or analytics
Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value‑based care drivers
Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare technology sales with a focus on claims processing or analytics
Strong network within the healthcare industry to leverage for business development
