What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with payer and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients
Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans aligned with the organization’s platform capabilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
Position the company's offerings to address critical operational challenges in claims administration and member engagement
Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and exceed growth targets
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10 years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions into payers or PBMs
Proven track record of new-logo acquisition and achieving annual sales targets of $5M or more
Established relationships and a credible book of business within healthcare administration or analytics
Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value-based care drivers
Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong healthcare technology network
History of closing enterprise-level business deals
Ability to drive competitive sales strategies effectively
