What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Track key health indicators of programs and projects across the enterprise portfolio
Contribute to the production of portfolio dashboards and health reporting
Manage risks, dependencies, issues, resources, and change requests across the portfolio
Analyze resource demand versus availability to ensure optimal project staffing
Perform stage gate checks to confirm deliverables meet acceptance criteria and project management practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
Working experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid SDLCs or frameworks such as SAFE
Proficient in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to consult on program delivery health
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
Related certifications such as PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE
Familiarity with portfolio management tools like Jira Align, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview
Data analysis skills using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Experience with resource management tools like Smartsheet, Tempus, or MS Planner
