What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Track key health indicators of programs and projects across the enterprise portfolio
Contribute to the production of portfolio dashboards and health reporting
Manage risks, dependencies, issues, resources, and change requests across the portfolio
Analyze resource demand versus availability to ensure optimal project assignment
Perform stage gate checks to confirm deliverables meet acceptance criteria
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project managementExperience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid SDLCs or frameworks such as SAFE
Proficiency in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations
Authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
Relevant certifications (PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE)
Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Jira Align, Smartsheet, Clarity, Planview
Data analysis skills with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Experience with resource management tools such as Smartsheet, Tempus, or MS Planner
