Track key health indicators of programs and projects across the enterprise portfolio Contribute to the production of portfolio dashboards and health reporting Manage risks, dependencies, issues, resources, and change requests across the portfolio Analyze resource demand versus availability to identify bottlenecks or conflicts Consult with programs and projects to improve delivery health and perform stage gate checks Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience 10+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management Working experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid SDLCs or frameworks such as SAFE Proficient in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry Relevant certifications (PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE) Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Jira Align, Smartsheet, Clarity, or Planview Data Analysis skills with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Experience with resource management tools such as Smartsheet, Tempus, or MS Planner Transformation Additional Information
