Market Development & Strategy: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the market environment, competitive landscape, customer needs, and policies/regulations in assigned BRI countries; Develop and execute the annual sales plan and market entry strategy for your region. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Independently identify and build long‑term, stable relationships with key clients, including large corporations, Trade and logistics service providers and industry associations; Proactively identify project leads and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, tender/bid processes, negotiation, to contract signing. Project Execution & Delivery: Lead or participate in high‑stakes commercial negotiations, handling complex contracts and resolving cross‑cultural business challenges; Coordinate internal resources (technical, legal, logistics, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery and payment collection. Brand Building & Market Intelligence: Represent the company at domestic exhibition trade shows and industry forums to enhance our brand presence and influence locally; Continuously monitor BRI policy trends and provide strategic market insights to guide company strategy. What you bring

Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, a relevant foreign language (e.g., Arabic, Spanish), or a related field. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in overseas markets (BRI countries preferred); experience in Mining, power equipment, or infrastructure is a plus. Proven track record of managing overseas projects and independently developing clients from scratch. Strategic Thinking & Risk Awareness: Ability to understand markets, policies, and risks beyond sales, with strong project management and problem‑solving skills. Cross‑Cultural Communication: Deep understanding of different cultural business practices, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English (written/spoken); proficiency in a BRI country language (e.g., Arabic, Spanish) is a significant advantage. Resilience & Adaptability: Willing and able to undertake frequent medium‑to‑short‑term domestic travel. What we offer
