Job Description:

You will be a pivotal member of our Southern Region sales team, acting as the key link between our company and a dedicated network of 7 dealers. Your role is central to executing our regional growth strategy, empowering our dealers to win in the competitive engineering machinery market. You will fit into a collaborative, results-driven team culture where your direct field insights will directly shape our tactical approach and drive collective success.

You will promote our business by working shoulder-to-shoulder with our distributors to develop and execute impactful market share growth plans. You will introduce and leverage our expert internal team—including product, marketing, and service support—to provide our dealers with a competitive edge. By coaching distributors on our value proposition and collaborating on targeted customer events and initiatives, you will help them build stronger relationships and effectively attract and secure key accounts within CAA sectors.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market share for CAA across the Southern region.

Manage, coach, and support a network of 7 dealers to achieve their sales and profitability targets.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Facilitate distributor training on our product portfolio, sales processes, and value proposition.

Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure excellent distributor and end-customer support.

Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with our channel policies and brand standards.

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in channel management, key account management, or sales within CAA field.

Strong understanding of the distribution channel dynamics and the CAA sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the Southern region.
