Job Description This role resides within Shell’s lubricant business, focusing on servicing several leading Chinese Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers. Shell lubricants has long been a top-tier brand for most Chinese OEMs, backed by profound industry knowledge, extensive experience, and professional expertise. What you’ll be doing

Deliver financial targets and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned Chinese OEMs (COEMs), including Chang’an Group, Chery, Seres, and others.

Oversee BD work in Tier 1 customers in Shanghai & Jiangsu region, establish efficient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and achieve relevant financial targets and KPIs for assigned accounts.

Build solid relationships with various functions cross OEMs, Key Account Distributors (KADs) and internal supporting teams.

Demonstrate strong Key Account Distributor (KAD)/Key Account Service Provider (KAS) management skills to deliver business targets, esp on coverage, penetration, throughput (CPT) tactics, overall business plan set up and execute effectively.

Manage BD and project management for the Evtol industry in China, develop CRM with top industrial customers and develop business model with them. Play as the Focal Point for Evtol to collaborate with internal functions.

Develop a mutually agreed Key Account Plan (KAP) with clear growth strategy and implement it effectively and efficiently.

Identify new business opportunities and bring in innovative business models.

What you bring

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in KA sales within the passenger car OEM-related business. Prior experience in BD/project management is preferred.

Proficiency in Key account management, indirect channel management, sales & negotiation, and value-based selling.

Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Fluency in both written and oral Chinese and English.
