Sign On Bonus:
Total $3,000 – $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $2,000 at 1 year.
Salary:
$52,000 – $63,000 base + uncapped commission.
Job Overview AT&T needs an energetic retail sales consultant to build meaningful customer connections. The goal is to drive sales, meet targets, and earn commission through AT&T’s product suite.
Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to potential customers.
Work a flexible schedule 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; training and coaching are provided for those without sales experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and commission goals.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
