What to Expect
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends; seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment with evolving technology.
Qualifications
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
No prior sales experience? We’ll provide training and coaching.
Compensation Earn between $40,000 to $63,000 per year, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Salary may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
