Responsibilities

Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.

Engage with the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends.

Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and stay current with evolving technology.

Achieve or exceed sales goals and earn commissions within the $40,000 – $63,000 salary range.

Qualifications

Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.

No sales experience? AT&T will provide tools, training, and coaching.

Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to change.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on if all sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
