Las Vegas, NV – responsible for the Cheyenne and Flamingo locations. Position Type & Compensation
Full‑time, 1099 contractor. Base salary $140,000–$150,000 per year, plus lucrative bonus potential. Essential Job Duties
Patient counseling on candidacy for surgery and ensuring understanding of expectations, benefits, and risks. Pre‑ and post‑operative evaluations and management. Interpretation of diagnostic data such as corneal topography/tomography, OCT, and IOLMaster. Conduct comprehensive eye exams and general optometry. Job Requirements
OD degree from an accredited institution. Active Nevada optometry license. Prior experience in refractive surgery and cataract environments. Proficiency in diagnostic equipment. Strong communication and patient relationship skills. Preferred Qualifications
Prior work experience in a similar surgical practice setting or laser center. Familiarity with Ziemer G4 and Optovue OCT. Familiarity with Alcon excimer (including Contoura), Ziemer femto, and LenSx femto lasers. Entry‑level position.
