We are looking for a high‑energy, plumbing engineer to join our Building Mechanical team and deliver innovative plumbing design solutions for our heavy‑industrial clients. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team performing field investigations, interfacing with clients & vendors, sizing & selecting equipment, and preparing construction design packages.

Responsibilities

Develop design criteria for the plumbing systems.

Layout and design plumbing systems including sanitary sewer, process sewer, potable water, hot water, natural gas, and roof drainage.

Develop final design documents and specifications associated with these systems.

Coordinate with other disciplines.

Accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks.

Qualifications

Professional Engineering License.

At least eight (8) years’ experience in the design of plumbing systems.

Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to the design of plumbing systems.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Adaptability to work within a fast‑paced team environment with multiple deadlines.

Ability to lead a building mechanical team on a project and collaborate with other discipline team members remotely.

Software experience in Revit (preferred).

Experience in utility piping system design (preferred).
