What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process
Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to facilitate candidate movement and communication
Utilize applicant tracking systems and scheduling platforms to streamline recruitment processes
Screen candidates and assist with various Recruiting and People Ops tasks as needed
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting strategies and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting coordination experience using Greenhouse ATS
Minimum of 2 years of experience with GoodTime scheduling or similar technology
Experience in high-demand environments, managing sensitive information with discretionStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in human resources, recruiting, coordination, or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar platforms
