In addition to patient care within behavioral health guidelines and ICHS’ Principles of Practice, the Substance Use Disorder Professional functions as part of a collaborative care team, including patients, primary care providers, behavioral health providers, consulting psychiatrists, and other staff. The role involves providing integrated substance use disorder care within a primary care setting. This is a temporary position for 2 years with potential renewal. Qualifications

Associate's degree in Human Services or related field, or successful completion of 90 quarter or 60 semester college credits from an approved school. One (1) year experience working with individuals with substance use disorders. Active, unrestricted Washington State license required. Suicide assessment, treatment, and management training required by WA State Department of Health. Bilingual fluency preferred. Additional Information
