The Operations Management Trainee will support the shop management process and assist in cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives. This role requires cross-functional work across Operations, Asset Management, B2B Sales, Quality Control, and Rental Management. Support shop management processes and contribute to cost-saving initiatives. Assist in customer retention and metric-based improvement efforts. Collaborate across Operations, Asset Management, B2B Sales, Quality Control, and Rental Management. Participate in training and development opportunities to prepare for future roles.
