We’re looking for someone like you that can: Serve as deputy to the Wealth Advice Center Operations Managers by assisting with the daily review of items including client money movement, trades, new account approvals, client correspondence, and trade error correction Ensure branch Operations Personnel are addressing service requests from our 60+ Client Service Associates, 250+ Financial Advisors, and 300,000+ clients in a timely and efficient manner Train and develop new Operations team members as they join the Wealth Advice Center platform Identify and escalation the resolution of urgent client service issues Drive and execute various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC’s growth plan Promote a culture of ongoing learning & development Implement service excellence standards, including coaching and educating operational Support Staff on the Client Experience best practices and suitability Salary Information
Detailed salary information: Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. You’ll be working as part of our Operations team managing helping to managed the day to day supervisory review process within the Wealth Advice Center. You will play a critical role in assisting our Operations team management mitigate operational risk while simultaneously delivering excellent, timely service to our clients and our sales teams. Your expertise
ideally 3+ years of experience working with a leading financial institution A strong track record of success in previous positions SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, and Series 10 licenses Undergraduate degree is mandatory You are
Known for getting things done and inspiring others to follow you Highly detail oriented and prioritize work to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner An excellent problem solver and collaborate well with other people and teams Proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel An individual that demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments Driven with a proactive mindset An excellent listener and have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Able to adapt and work well under pressure in a demanding corporate environment Able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility Ability to lead and positively influence others in a challenging environment About Us
