What You’ll Do

Provide administrative support for Survey and Geomatics staff and project managers.

Track budgets, review sub‑consultant invoices, and prepare accurate project invoices and progress reports.

Set up new project folders and oversee maintenance of project files.

Support quality management of project deliverables.

Coordinate and schedule project and internal staff meetings.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and capture notes.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects aligned with contractual and financial requirements.

Assist in project contract coordination, setup, and closeout.

Support coordination of group events and conferences across the region.

Required Qualifications

Two years of experience in office administrative and project related duties.

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Experience coordinating and scheduling meetings for internal and external individuals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience multi‑tasking and prioritizing competing requests.

Customer service or quality control experience.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience reviewing and tracking project financials (invoices, budgets, or sub‑consultant management).

Familiarity with surveying, engineering, or similar technical project environments.
