$28.00/hr - $34.00/hr This position requires that you are able to drive a company vehicle, insurance requires the individual to be at least 25 years old and the ability to pass a drug screen. Overview

Oxford Collection of Hotels is a rapidly growing hospitality company that values innovation, teamwork, and personal growth. This Maintenance Manager role involves overseeing and actively participating in the daily maintenance operations of the hotel to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests and employees. You will manage preventative maintenance programs, address facility issues promptly, and lead the Maintenance Team to uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. You may provide guest transportation as needed. Essential duties & responsibilities

Maintenance Leadership (35%):

Provide a high level of customer service to guests and ensure their stay meets expectations Lead and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team, offering hands-on support and training Assist the General Manager in implementing maintenance programs and procedures, including benchmarking Provide input on staffing needs and coordinate team schedules Communicate across shifts to ensure smooth operations; hold regular staff meetings Manage time and attendance records, scheduling, breaks, overtime, and policy compliance

Operations (35%):

Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural work Ensure proper operation of distribution systems for electricity, water, and gas Assist with day-to-day operations such as trash removal, pool maintenance, grounds upkeep, and security rounds

Safety & Preventative Maintenance (20%):

Conduct regular inspections to ensure OSHA, fire safety, and company standards compliance Participate in the preventative maintenance program for guest rooms, public areas, and equipment Log maintenance tasks and maintain records of equipment and facility operations

Other (10%):

Provide guest transportation as needed Adhere to timekeeping policies and update overtime approvals Maintain regular attendance and shift availability May participate in drivers program Perform other duties as assigned by Property Managers

High School Diploma or GED Required 2+ Years’ Management Experience 3+ Years of progressive experience in a hotel Experience / Training in: Commercial Refrigeration, Boilers, Plumbing, HVAC, Building Construction, Carpentry, Fire Systems, Sewer and Water, Electrical, Janitorial Services, Energy Conservation, Environmental, Hazardous Waste, Hygiene and Sanitation Maintenance and repairs of hotel infrastructures Job Requirements

Valid Driver’s License Required Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays Reliable and consistent attendance Physical Requirements
