As the Facilities / Office Manager with Aardvark Studios, you will oversee the daily operations of our headquarters and warehouses, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and safe environment that supports both creative and operational teams. This role is perfect for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing administrative precision with a can-do attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS What makes you the ideal candidate:
5+ years of experience in office or facilities management, preferably in a production, manufacturing, or creative studio environment
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be hands-on as needed
Proven track record of maintaining a professional, safe, and efficient work environment
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of office and warehouse areas
Manage facility vendors (cleaning, waste removal, security, landscaping, HVAC, etc.)
Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility improvements
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations
Manage and track key systems—HVAC, utilities, security systems, fire suppression, etc
Manage day-to-day office operations including opening, amenities, supplies, mail, and office equipment
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and general inquiries
Support leadership with office logistics, meeting setup, and company event coordination
Maintain safety records
Partner with leadership to ensure employees follow office safety procedures
Lead periodic safety audits and emergency drills

Timely management of facility repairs, improvements, and vendor relations
