Sales Development Program (Nordson Medical/Fluid Solutions)

Nordson empowers its global team to engineer, manufacture, and market innovative precision dispensing and processing systems used across packaging, transportation, medical, and electronics markets. The Sales Development Program (SDP) accelerates the careers of high‑potential college graduates for immediate sales responsibilities within Nordson. Program Rotations (18 months)

Rotation 1 – Sales Process (4 months): Understand order‑to‑cash processes, funnel management tools (CPQ, Salesforce), divisional funnel metrics, forecast creation, and revenue growth strategies. Rotation 2 – Basic Customer Exposure (5 months): Lead qualification, opportunity tracking, proposal presentation, product portfolio education, data‑driven opportunity targeting, and application exposure customer visits. Rotation 3 – Direct Customer Exposure – Value‑Selling Process (9 months): Identify customer needs, present Nordson and division overviews, deliver proposals, negotiate, train in key account management, and manage a set of accounts and territory. What to Expect

Commercial and product training, job shadowing with salespeople and subject‑matter experts, mentorship from dedicated leaders, networking with commercial leaders, and customer account responsibility and ownership. Qualifications

Active college graduate; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Minimum GPA 3.2. Passionate about a sales career; strong communication, interpersonal and written skills. Coach‑able, high achievement drive, entrepreneurial spirit, owner mindset, excel in teams, positive attitude. Relocation willing to U.S. for 18‑month program and final placement. Benefits and Compensation
