Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in-person visits. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitude to deliver excellent patient care; provide guidance to ensure quality professional services. Perform responsibilities as outlined in the SCRIBE job description. Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. Ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide appropriate guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns in line with company values. Meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in-person care. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and build credibility with all employees. Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians. Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with patient-centric focus, safety, cost considerations, and accuracy. Ensure activities comply with department expectations and Federal/State regulations, including HIPAA knowledge. Work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments in both in-patient clinic and virtual settings. Pursue telehealth queues promptly to ensure proper patient follow up. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment for acute and chronic conditions. Adhere to clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising Physicians and E/M training. Operate within standard NP/PA protocols and complete mandatory compliance training. Support the core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness. Contribute ideas to improve patient experience and care; communicate regularly within the team to support care excellence. Welcome and assist new employees, provide training support, and facilitate onboarding. Maintain professional relationships with patients, clients, and colleagues; uphold confidentiality and company standards. Consult with patients through virtual channels; demonstrate telehealth experience. Perform other duties as assigned by management; PRN and Full-Time shift requirements apply (PRN: minimum 4 shifts per month; Full-Time: 12-hour shifts and every other weekend). Experience Requirements and Preferences

On-call periodically as needed for Ancillary Providers. Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 year of experience (NP) or up to 1 year as PA; Level 2: NP 1–5 years or PA 1–5 years; Level 3: NP 5–10 years or PA 5–10 years; Level 4: NP or PA 10+ years. Education

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Experience

At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (urgent care, occupational medicine, ER/trauma, or family practice preferred). Licenses and Certifications

Active license and DEA; DEA required for all providers. If limited by state law, DEA must be obtained within 120 days of meeting minimum practice years. Providers must be able to treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements; DOT certification required for FT and PT providers within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment.
