The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a
ProgramSiteSupervisor
in a Group Living Environment (GLE) that assists up to six residents in various daily living skills and activities. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional people skills and demonstrate a high level of energy to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the facility. Your role as a Program Site Supervisor: As a ProgramSite Supervisor, it is crucial to have prior experience working with individuals who have serious mental health issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and collaborating with residents to help them achieve their individual treatment goals. This supervisroy role will also involve participating in an on-call rotation and overseeing the hiring process of direct care staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in similar field preferred Previous supervisory experience Valid driver’s license and have access to insured vehicle for work related purposes. SUCCESS FACTORS: The Program Site Supervisor should actively support the philosophy of the Agency and maintain a high level of commitment to program staff. Personality traits should include: Expertise in mental health Strong leadership skills Commitment to professional growth Cheerful, outward-going personality High energy level; self-initiated Task-oriented Detail-oriented and accurate Organized, efficient, flexible, dependable Open, direct interpersonal style; works well as a team member Take advantage of a competitive compensation range of $45,000-$55,000 based on experience.
