Engineering Planner- Cyber Software Operations

Basic Qualifications
Associate’s Degree from an accredited college and minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR a Master’s Degree.
Experience with Agile Development & JIRA or Project Management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and pivot tables.
Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance at the SECRET level.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
Develop JIRA stories in coordination with the Product Owner to align planned work with program artifacts.
Collect and compile metrics for quality and data validity reviews with product leads and managers.
Prepare labor charging and technical artifact counts for metric calculations using baseline lead guidance.
Collect and evaluate workforce planning reports to support future staffing planning.
Track, compare, and report weekly actuals against monthly staffing plans across all programs and projects.
Evaluate planned vs actual product development features using agile methodology.
Maintain a centralized dashboard for all program milestones.
Desired Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2 years of experience.
Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Previous experience working to government contract requirements.
Experience with Cost Management (Control Account Management, Earned Value Management System, Integrated Master Schedule).
Experience as a Scrum Master.
Proposal preparation & Cost Management experience.
Active or current DoD Secret clearance.
Location & Work Schedule Hybrid role requiring local presence in Mount Laurel, NJ. 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Benefits & Compensation Annual base salary range for this position in New Jersey is $60,600 - $106,835. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
