Engineering Planner- Cyber Software Operations

at Lockheed Martin - Rotary Mission Systems. This role focuses on coordinating cyber software operations within the Cyber Resiliency team to ensure resilient and secure systems through effective planning, tracking, and collaboration with Product Owners and program artifacts. Responsibilities

Develop JIRA stories through coordination with Product Owner and understanding of planned work to align with program artifacts. Collect and compile metrics to be reviewed with product leads and managers for quality and data validity. Prepare labor charging and technical artifact counts for metrics calculation under guidance from baseline leads. Collect and evaluate workforce planning reports to support future staffing planning. Track, compare, and report weekly actuals against monthly staffing plans across all programs and projects. Evaluate planned versus actual product development features using agile methodology. Maintain a centralized dashboard for all program milestones. Note: This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD SECRET security clearance. Work location: hybrid; applicants should be local to Mount Laurel, NJ. Who We Are

Basic Qualifications Associate's Degree from an accredited college with a minimum of 2 years professional experience or a Master's Degree. Experience with Agile Development & JIRA or Project Management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and using pivot tables. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. Citizenship Required. Desired Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years experience. Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF). Experience working to government contract requirements (Cost Management such as CAM, EVMS, IMS). Experience as a Scrum Master and with proposal preparation & cost management. Active or current DoD Secret clearance. EEO
